Are you an online-only printer?
Yes. Manic Media is an online digital printing company. All orders are placed online and fulfilled through our national production network. We do not operate walk-in stores or retail offices.
Do you use bots or automated systems?
No. All enquiries, quotes, and orders are handled by real people.
Do you offer same-day printing?
Yes. Same-day printing is available on selected products, subject to payment confirmation and print-ready artwork before the daily cut-off time.
What is the cut-off time for same-day printing?
The cut-off time is typically 10:00 AM on weekdays. Cut-off times may vary depending on the product and workload.
How long does printing normally take?
Standard printing turnaround is 1–3 working days, depending on the product, quantity, and finishing requirements.
Can I pay now and submit artwork later?
Yes. Payment secures your print slot. Artwork can be submitted later, provided it meets the agreed cut-off time.
What file format should I supply for printing?
PDF files are preferred. We also accept JPG, PNG, AI, and other high-resolution formats suitable for printing.
What resolution should my artwork be?
Artwork should be supplied at 300 dpi to ensure high-quality print results.
Do you check artwork before printing?
Yes. We perform a basic print check for size, bleed, and resolution. Files are printed as supplied unless design changes are requested.
Can you fix or edit my artwork?
Yes. Minor artwork fixes are often done at no cost. Full design or layout changes can be quoted if required.
Do you add bleed and crop marks?
Yes. We can add 3 mm bleed and crop marks if needed.
Are prices VAT inclusive?
No. All prices are quoted excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT, card payments, and instant EFT.
Do you offer bulk or trade discounts?
Yes. Discounted pricing is available for bulk orders and trade clients.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver printed products across South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after printing is completed.
What products do you print?
We print flyers, business cards, posters, banners, stickers, booklets, signage, and other commercial print products.
Do you print small quantities?
Yes. We specialise in short-run and on-demand digital printing.
What paper and material options are available?
We offer a wide range of paper and materials, including bond, gloss, matt, silk, synthetic paper, vinyl, and speciality stocks.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Yes. Digital proofs are supplied on request.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
Changes can only be made if the job has not yet gone to print.
What happens if there is a printing error?
If the error is caused by us, we will reprint the job at no additional cost.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue.
